Jen Williams has experienced the transformative nature of yoga for 20 years and began a daily practice in 2020. From offerings like PreK-3 mindfulness classes to breathwork at senior centers; from teenage prevention programs to power flow and candlelit classes, she loves crafting yoga programming, beyond the asana, to best support the students she is honored to work with.

In 2018, she completed her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training followed by the Prison Yoga Project training, then continued onto a Family Yoga Workshop with Full of Joy Yoga and United We Om’s Trauma-Informed Training. While she loves sharing various branches and styles of yoga with everyone, her not-so-secret agenda is to teach others how to harness breathwork and mindfulness for positive mental health and emotional self-regulation, it’s a life-skill!

Always a student, Jen has explored dozens of yoga centers across the country while traveling for work and these days, she’s growing Adirondack roots; being playful with her children, striking a tree-pose in the forest, boat by the shore, offering private camps’ classes and coming soon, a donation-based six-week community session in Westport, New York this summer!
