Solstice Slow Flow: Thursday, December 21, 6-7pm

As we move into this winter season, join Jen for a nourishing evening of candlelit yoga and breathwork. We will begin with slow flow yoga, embrace a season of turning inward with forward folds, then explore calming breathing techniques and close with an extended savasana with soothing essential oils. Bring your own mat; a blanket and cozy socks for savasana are encouraged.

Plan to arrive at the Westport Library 10-15 minutes early to settle in; there is limited space.
